Diebold showcases comprehensive security solutions at ASIS
Diebold had a major presence at this year’s ASIS event at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev., from Sept. 24-26. As a comprehensive security systems integrator, Diebold featured:

  • Bullet-resistive rising screen, which is installed at the teller line and  embedded into the teller counter. These screens can be raised in an instant, separating tellers from robbers.
  • Internet protocol (IP) lock with integrated biometric reader, which is installed on safes. It  can be managed remotely, plus it provides reports and audit trails.
  • LINX Predator Elite, a government-certified command and control system.
  • Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201 solution, which provides federal government agencies with the foundation needed to comply with the federal standards resulting from the issuance of Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD) 12. Implementation of FIPS 201 requires multiple systems to work together in real time. Diebold designs, implements and supports these systems, as well as provides the integration support to ensure seamless interaction.
  • Event monitoring center card holder management solution, which contains a card reader integrated with an alarm and/or video system. The card holder database can be managed remotely by Diebold's event monitoring center.
