Remote Service Leadership Award
Diebold, Incorporated's OpteView(® ATM Remote Service has earned the 2009 Axeda Remote Service Leadership Award, which recognizes the organization that has achieved maximum value and success through effective implementation and deployment of remote services. OpteView has a remote resolution time of 30 minutes or less, and 10 percent of faults are resolved remotely. Advanced technology like OpteView, allows for maximum availability, almost immediate response time and world-class service delivery, reducing the cost in the service model and increasing "fix it the first time" rates.
