Overview

Bring video technology to the ATM to increase operational efficiencies while adding value to consumer self-service transactions. The video ATM software solution enables consumers to visually connect to one of your representatives to answer questions, capitalize upon a marketing opportunity or process any call center-capable transactions right at the ATM. Like a traditional concierge, the customer service representative (CRS) can provide assistance or deliver needed support for specific interactions. 
 

 Concierge Video is not a transactional video teller system. There is no video-related integration, certification or interaction between the CV-enabled ATM and any third party required. Concierge Video Services is sold as a complete kit and includes the hardware, camera, microphone array, speakers, software, installation and configuration. It can be easily integrated into select Opteva Terminals via a simple retrofit procedure.

Requirements

At the ATM: Agilis 3 for Windows XP or Windows 7 with Touchscreen

In the call center: Webcam, headset headset microphone and video client software or a video desktop phone provided by the financial institution's telecommunication provider.
