The enrollment process.
Before any commitments are made to a potential participant, the potential participant must complete the enrollment process. After Diebold receives an enrollment application, the PIX Program Manager assesses the potential participant. A potential participant may qualify as a PIX participant if the supplier provides solutions in the self-service terminal (SST) market.

After the PIX participant and Diebold signs a Diebold Partner Information Xchange (PIX) Program Agreement, the membership can be fulfilled. Signing of the agreement and approval by Diebold will raise the status of the participant to PIX member. PIX members are eligible to receive documentation for development efforts, loaned equipment and software, support for loaned equipment, training in selected educational classes, support for PIX member's conferences, and appropriate Diebold corporate office and field associate(s) as contacts. PIX contacts are responsible for managing the relationship with the partner, setting up service agreements, servicing equipment, and providing resources for conferences and product information.
