EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES
We're investing in new technologies to strengthen and build our core business, from helping to advance new security standards for the electronic payments industry, to developing open ATM software standards that enhance the ability of financial institutions to customize applications across their networks. But we're also prudently exploring areas that complement our existing technological strengths and expertise. For example, new technologies such as digital video surveillance and biometrics may offer solutions to address heightened concerns about security. We continue to pay close attention to these and other technologies
to provide the most advanced solutions to our customers. |
