Customers today want greater flexibility and efficiency when it comes to operating and upgrading their ATM networks. Diebold is at the vanguard of providing it. While we continue to enhance our ATM hardware products, we’re also moving toward an open network architecture that enables our software platform to operate with the hardware offered by other suppliers. All this creates greater choices for customers and greater opportunities for us.

The same strategy drives the continual development and growth of our multivendor service offerings. Today, we offer a solution to fit every customer’s individual needs – from consulting and initial design, through implementation and ongoing maintenance, all the way to complete outsourcing. Our global service team, more than 4,000 strong and operating in some 600 locations around the world, delivers value to customers with the level and quality of support they need to improve their competitiveness.
