SELF-SERVICE SOLUTIONS

Self-service solutions include hardware, hardware upgrades and related terminal software that enable people to access services when, where and how they choose. Examples include automated teller machines (ATMs), check cashing units and bill payment solutions, along with the proprietary software that drives transactions. Diebold is among the world's largest software providers for self-service equipment. Diebold's software is key to meeting the challenge of improving service while reducing costs for banks and other organizations. Diebold software also drives card-based systems, professional services and other solutions for financial, retail, healthcare, higher education and security applications.

 

SECURITY SOLUTIONS

Security solutions include physical security, facility products, integrated security solutions (electronic security) and campus systems. This product area is one of Diebold's historical strengths. Offerings in electronic and physical security arenas range from fully integrated electronic security/ remote monitoring services to vault doors, safes and electronic locks. On college campuses, and at healthcare and corporate facilities, Diebold card systems help people provide identification, pay fees, purchase books and meals, access personal accounts and more.

 

PROFESSIONAL AND SPECIAL SERVICES

Diebold offers strategic analysis and planning, implementation solutions, system integration, architectural engineering, business consulting, project management and other services. The aim is to maximize financial benefits and convenience for each customer. The Diebold customer support center in the United States, soon to be duplicated in international locations, provides services primarily to self-service deployers. The center enhances the level of equipment monitoring and troubleshooting for customers. It also provides security monitoring, plus software distribution, configuration management and remote terminal management. Additionally, the U.S. center supports security system customers with centralized monitoring.

Diebold has one of the largest and most comprehensive installation and maintenance service organizations in the industry. Skilled and strategically located Diebold technicians provide prompt diagnosis, repair, maintenance, installation and other support.
