Audience:
This course is designed for anyone involved in the daily operation of Opteva
terminals including those responsible for providing first line maintenance,
training, development of in-house procedure manuals, and those staffing the ATM
help desk.
Prerequisites:
None
Description/objective:
Through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises the students
will be able to:
• Recognize and
describe all models within the Opteva family of ATMs
• Recognize and
describe all consumer related areas on the Opteva ATMs
• Recognize and
describe all interior devices in the Opteva ATMs
• Perform
routine maintenance procedures on the Opteva ATMs
• Access and
use Agilis Supplies Management (ASM), the operator interface
software provided through the Diebold Agilis software running on the Opteva
ATMs
• Understand
and use the counter information provided through Agilis Supplies Management
for the purposes of balancing the Opteva ATMs.
• Analyze
status information provided through ASM in order to troubleshoot and resolve
operating problems with an Opteva ATM.
• Train their
counterparts on the maintenance, balancing, and troubleshooting of the
Opteva ATMs
