COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

On
September 30, 2005, Actcom completed the sale of its Fire Division to Diebold
NCI Fire & Security. NCI is an authorized Siemens and Edwards
dealer. Jon Paradis, Actcom’s VP Sales and Operations says of the
transition, “Selling our fire business to Newell allows us to concentrate
our efforts on our electronic security business, which continues to grow at an
accelerated pace. Newell is the perfect buyer because we plan to partner with
them in larger projects that require life safety and security
integration.” Actcom has realized 100% growth in the physical security
business over the past year and with federally mandated security initiatives
in place Actcom will continue to realize significant growth.
