About the 816 Audio Queuing System
The Audio Control Module (ACM) is the queuing piece of the 816 audio system. It enables the operator to control communications with various customer points by selecting and deselecting locations. The operator speaks through the microphone or through an auxiliary device that is connected to the ACM.

About the Wireless Headset
The wireless headset system adapts to the ACM to provide control of the sound through the cordless headset and eliminates the need to use the microphone on the ACM. The wireless headset features:

• Hands-free convenience
• Mobility to talk up to 150 ft. away from the base unit (dependent upon environmental conditions at the installation site)
• Ability to adjust incoming and outgoing volume, channel change and mute features
• Over-the-ear or over-the-head design included with each system
• Six-hour, no-memory battery (2 ships with each base station)
