Book and Video Depository

Designed after extensive consultation with libraries, architects, and video store owners/franchisees, the applications for these models is the "after hours" deposit of books and/or video tapes to companies, schools, libraries, and video stores.  Ready for installation, they are fully assembled with a high quality aluminum front frame and door with pull handles, fish resistant deposit hopper and baffle fingers.  The housing has a stainless steel chute and a unique "slow down ramp" designed to prevent damage to material as it is dropped in a cart or on a conveyor.  These depositories are not Underwriter's listed and are not meant to be used where negotiable paper, and/or currency is being deposited.

Mail and Package Depository

The standard model can be used to accept various packages and mail type deposits, and includes a hopper, anti-fish fingers, and a chute to slow the package as it is deposited.  This product should not be used in markets where valuables and/or negotiable instruments are being deposited since this product is not Underwriter's Laboratories listed for burglary.  Optional 12" and 36" chute extensions are available.

WH Depository

This depository is a simple frame, hopper and door assembly used to drop packages through a wall or into a chest.  There are no anti-fish fingers or baffles included and the unit is not Underwriter's listed.

Model 2412 Repository Safes

Designed for use with our Book/Video and Mail Depository products, this heavy gauge repository can be used in a flush wall, or a recessed wall condition. Our depositories can be located for a top, and/or side entry into the repository to accommodate most any building condition.  The various depositories can be welded to the chest or a connection can be made by the use of a chute.  

Repository Specifications:

• Constructed with a 16 gauge steel body and a 1/4" carbon steel door.

• Front of the chest where the door is located is made from heavy 14 gauge steel for added strength.

• Mechanical combination locks and key locks are available.

• Finished in a textured gray painted surface.

• Designed for indoor use only.

• Size:  12"W x 24" H x 9"D

• Models:  One for mounting against the wall in a freestanding mode, and one that can be recessed into the wall for a flush built-in appearance.

Options:

• Field-installed rain hood

• 12" Chute extensions with mounting angles attached.

• 36" Chute extensions with mounting angles attached; can be field cut to shorter lengths.

• Stainless steel field-mounted writing shelf.
