Extend
your availability to customers by providing for convenient, secure remote deposit capabilities after-hours. Diebold offers the Securomatic®
After-Hour® Depository (AHD) for convenient, secure remote deposit capabilities
in a variety of environments.
Units
can be installed through a wall or in a free-standing mode.
All
Diebold After-Hour Depositories are backed by Diebold's national service
organization. Regular service and
inspections are important to assure proper operation and reduce the risk of
lost or misplaced deposits. From advice on everything from product location
and configuration to installation and service Diebold does it all and does it
right.
Security
The Securomatic meets anti-fish and anti-trap specifications established by
Underwriters' Laboratories (UL) and has earned the UL771 listing. It can be
combined with various receiving chest sizes and configurations to meet
specific site requirements.
A standard alarm is included which can be
connected to your alarm system for detection
of attack or unauthorized removal
of the depository assembly from the wall or freestanding kiosk.
An
optional dual-camera surveillance system records images from the front of the
site
and from within the unit as envelopes or bags fall into the chest. The
images are combined on a split screen and recorded on a VCR along with the
date and time, creating a permanent visual record of every transaction.
Operation
The Securomatic operates easily with one hand and can be configured to comply
with
ADA guidelines for accessibility. It features a protected forms
compartment and a sloping door which provides a convenient writing surface.
Built-in illumination provides both convenience and security.
The Securomatic® After-hour®
depository can be configured for bag only or bag and envelope operation.
Customers making bag deposits use their authorized key to unlock
and fully
open the door. The customer places the bag in the large capacity
security chamber which rotates and deposits the bag into the chest when the door is closed. The
same key can be used to access Securomatics at one or more locations, as
determined by your institution's management.
Diebold AHDs can be placed
next to an ATM with an interface to allow tracking of deposit transactions
including date, time, amount, account number and bag number. The ATM then
provides the card access and receipt capability.
Freestanding After-Hour
Depository®
The freestanding AHD's unique chest design eliminates the need for expensive
welded
steel shrouds required by many insurance and regulatory agencies to
protect the depository. The unit's decorative side panels and cover door
create a finished look and eliminate the need for additional kiosks.
A key locking decorative
cover door conceals the chest's electronic combination lock and door handle
from the public, reducing the risk of tampering.
Available with either front
or rear access to the depository chest. Both can be configured with either a
left or right-hand swing door, ensuring convenient access for armored car
services in virtually any environment.
The Freestanding AHD
presents an aesthetically pleasing appearance with an attractive pearl white
finish on the chest and decorative collar and a shadow gray powder-coated
stainless steel fascia on the Securomatic depository.
Features that promote
efficient turnkey installation include 1" diameter leveling legs with
3" adjustment range, factory-installed chest and depository alarms and
rear exit power
and alarm cables
Through-the-Wall
Securomatic® AHD
The Through-the-wall Securomatic® AHD features a polished stainless steel
finish and is available with either manual or electronic operation. The
Securomatic is installed and secured to the receiving chest at the factory for
convenient, trouble-free installation. Removal for servicing the head requires
it to be released from inside the chest by disengaging a security pin device.
