Team work is a driving force for the installation department at Diebold
Fire Services. Each person on this team has special skills that give Diebold an advantage in today's fast paced technological society. The
quality of any installation has never been more important. At Diebold Fire
Services, we recognize the value of highly trained and qualified technicians
and utilize their special skills. When the Installation Department starts a
project we not only strive to complete the project, we take ownership and
follow that project. Master electricians, factory trained technicians, NICET
certifications and certifications by the Department of Criminal Justice are
but a few of the credentials carried by our Installation Team. All of this
adds up to a code compliant installation designed to provide the quality and
integrality expected from each and every project.
Quality installations begin with thorough and precise engineering by our NICET
Certified and factory trained personnel. Our engineering team works closely
with all local AHJs to facilitate and ensure compliance with local
requirements and latest codes and standards. Every project is engineered and
commissioned with accurate job specific drawings prepared in-house utilizing
AutoCAD. These submittal and installation drawings are extensive, yet
straightforward for installation personnel, such as electrical contractors.
Upon completion of an installation, training for the end-user is a critical
step to insure a thorough working knowledge of each and every system. Diebold
Fire Services offers not only provides in-house training, but on-site, hands on
training for our clients. This training is supported by formal copies of
operation and maintenance manuals which serve as excellent reference material
along with as-built drawings AutoCAD drawings for each and every system. This
documentation benefits the client's maintenance staff and facilitates code
required inspections in the future.
Our installations are all backed by a warranty covering all labor and
factory warranties on equipment. Our staff is on 24 hour call to provide
support to our valued clients who may need help outside of the normal
